Ben, transformado en Cuatro Brazos, desbarata un robo a un camión blindado que es llevado a cabo por una chica mala llamada Joey. Durante la pelea, unos robots de Vilgax lastiman al abuelo. Cuando Cuatro Brazos lleva al abuelo al hospital, Joey es transformada por los robots en un ciborg poderoso llamado Rojo. Vilgax le ordena destruir a Ben y recuperar el Omnitrix. Pero Ben se transforma en Ultra T y consigue derrotarla, no sin antes recibir un mensaje aterrador de Vilgax.
