Stan lleva semanas preparándose para su conferencia en la Convención Republicana Nacional representando a Langley Falls, pero cuando le rechazan por otro candidato, Stan se ve obligado a aceptar el único puesto conferencial que recibe - el del Sindicato de Gays Republicanos. Pero cuando la gente que le rodea empiezan a ponerse en contra de su nuevo estilo de vida, Stan decide seguir a su corazón durante su discurso.
