Cuando el Ventrílocuo y Scarface son capturados por Batman y enviados de vuelta a Arkham, el profesor Hugo Strange se interesa en el caso de Wesker. Separándolo de Scarface, Strange cree haber curado a Wesker, que es liberado y comienza su nueva vida haciendo fiestas infantiles con un muñeco nuevo, el Sr. Snoots. Batman mantiene una estrecha vigilancia sobre Wesker, sin embargo, cuando Scarface inesperadamente aparece en el apartamento de Wesker, Batman se propone rescatar a Wesker de un vengativo Scarface.
